Total area of the premises is 22000 m², manufacturing area- 10500m² (2100m² of which are “clean- room premises”)
Company employs 150 employees, 46% of which have university or special technical education degree.

DI water station, hydrogen and oxygen production lines are available in the company.
Environment and ecological requirements are ensured by modern chemical waste station for liquid and airborne, which is installed in the company.
The production of semiconductor devices is ISO 9001: 2015 certified.
